Highlight Reel of the Day: More Austin Rivers

This is the first Highlight Reel of the Day I’ve posted that I actually saw in person. I can tell you exactly how the crowd reacted:

First, there was a second or two of stunned disbelief. Then, a quick murmur started to take the gym by storm, as people finally got over the shock of seeing such a nice play. Finally, there was a loud roar of cheers.

Only that wasn’t all. The next play after his first dunk caused the reaction I just described, Austin Rivers caught a great alley-oop that had the crowd yet again on its feet. After the second dunk, people passed right over the pause of disbelief; they weren’t going to be surprised by anything Doc Rivers’ son did the rest of the day.
