Ray Allen, Rasheed Wallace still optimistic through dark spell

Rasheed Wallace and Ray Allen remained unworried by the C's recent struggles.
I had the unreal experience of going to a Celtics game as a credentialed writer but, unfortunately, rules stipulate any material I got must be published only by the place for which I was given the credentials. Since I was credentialed for Celtics Central, all my recent articles have been published there.
After the game, Rasheed Wallace was very adamant that the C’s problems now won’t hurt them over the long run. In fact, they might even help.
I wrote a column for Celtics Central about Rasheed’s views (shared by Ray Allen), and how the two players don’t foresee the current struggles extending throughout the rest of the season. Here’s a quote from Sheed that’s in the story:
“I’m not worried about it at all, man,” said Rasheed Wallace, “because each team in this league goes through some pitfalls at some point during the season. No one has a perfect season where everything goes right for them on defense or offense.
“It’s not like that. You know you’re going to have some pitfalls and some trials and tribulations throughout the season. But the key of a good team is [to] focus on the main goal and make it better.”
