Highlight Reel: Like uncle, like son
Damien Wilkins. A basketball vagabond. Good enough to stick around the NBA for a long time, but never good enough to really make his mark.
Except all over Nenad Kristic’s face. With this body-to-body dunk (which, admittedly, happened several days ago — somehow, I missed it on highlights), Wilkins showed the family resemblance to his uncle Dominique, rattling Kristic’s life with a strong flush in traffic. Damien Wilkins may never earn his uncle’s moniker, The Human Highlight Reel, but for one day he got to feel what ‘Nique felt just about every time he took the court.
The ability to fly.
