Nope, just goofy. The Boston Herald reports that Pierce decided it would be funny to have his cousin wheel him through the Dallas International Airport, despite the fact that Pierce feels well enough to play in Sunday’s All-Star game.

Don’t worry, fans. Teammates assure that Pierce is fine.

“He came downstairs this morning in the hotel without any problem at all – he’s fine,” said one member of the Celtics traveling party, who laughed when it was suggested that of all of Pierce’s titles and nicknames, there’s one that especially sticks:
