Nate Robinson clears out his locker in MSG

Nate Robinson, who missed the Knick’s last game with what’s being called the flu, cleared out his locker before Thursday night’s game at Madison Square Garden, according to Mark Murphy of the Boston Herald.

As for Celtic Eddie House, he attended the Celtics practice today, but his agent, Mark Bartlestein said “there’s a pretty good chance” of the trade going through.

Other nuggets from the article?

“Mike D’Antoni is a huge fan of Eddie,” Bartlestein said. “Mike told me on

Eddie and his jumpers will land softly in D'Antoni's three-happy offense.

more than one occasion that his greatest regret was letting Eddie go.”

“Eddie had a tremendous run in Boston,” said the agent. “He has a tremendous relationship with the fans. The fans love him and he loves them. It will be emotional for him to leave, but it’s a business.”

I’m going to miss Eddie House as much as any Celtic fan, except our buddy, Lent. Lent has been in love with Eddie House since he played at Arizona State. Lent nicknamed himself “Lent House” freshman year of high school because Eddie House was his favorite player. Lent could tell you the exact number of points Eddie scored at ASU and probably his all-time rank in the Pac-10.

Poor Lent’s facebook status today read:

y would danny ainge trade eddie house? this is the worst day of my life.

I feel much the same. Why Eddie? More to come tomorrow when the trade becomes official….
