(Shaq:) "I love you, KG. Did you know we were both Glen Davis' favorite players?" (KG:) "Get the f**k off me! I was Big Baby's only favorite!"

It must be nice to injure one of your idol’s thumbs, and have another idol scream at you until you cry.

Thus is the life of Glen “Big Baby” Davis.

After playing Shaquille O’Neal’s Cleveland Cavaliers for the first time since unintentionally injuring Shaq’s thumb (but maybe tugging on it afterwards), Davis told reporters who his two favorite players were when he was growing up.  (Boston Herald)

“KG and Shaq were my favorite players growing up,” Davis said.

Right now, MY favorite players are Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.

One day, maybe I’ll get to injure Pierce and have KG give me the crying treatment.  Can’t we all be as lucky as Glen Davis?

(On a side note, does everyone know that Shaq once said KG plays no defense? Uhh…???)
