Here’s the Boston Celtics-Cleveland Cavs playoff schedule for round two. As of now, a lot of times are to be determined, so I’ll update those as soon as they become set in stone.
Game 1 at Cleveland – Saturday, May 1, 8:00 p.m. (TNT)
Game 2 at Cleveland – Monday, May 3, 8:00 p.m. (TNT)
Game 3 at Boston – Friday, May 7, 7:00 p.m. (ESPN)
Game 4 at Boston – Sunday, May 9, 3:30 PM (ABC)
Game 5* at Cleveland – Tuesday, May 11, TBA (TNT)
Game 6* at Boston – Thursday, May 13, TBA (ESPN)
Game 7* at Cleveland – Sunday, May 16, 3:30 PM (ABC)
* Game to be played if necessary.
An odd three-day break between Game Two and Game Three, which is reportedly because TNT needed more Monday games. Not sure if I like that; I guess it depends how the first two games go. If the Celtics are rolling, that break will be like halftime coming right in the middle of a run. If they’re struggling, it’ll be nice to get a few days to regroup and have some practice time.
Can’t wait for Saturday.
