Those are some big holes
How big were the holes Cleveland drove through the other night? Those things were craters. Just ask Doc Rivers. (Boston Herald)
“Our help wasn’t very good,” Rivers said. “That’s one of the points that we made on film. Ray (Allen), Paul (Pierce), Tony (Allen) and whoever else guarded LeBron gave him way too much space, but then there was no help. In Game 1 and Game 2, I thought we shrunk the floor, we took away all driving lanes. In Game 3, you could have drove a Glen Davis through some of those holes.”
The funny thing is that as Big as Big Baby is, “a Lebron” is almost as big as “a Glen Davis.” A Lebron’s also infinitely faster and more skilled, but he’s almost as big. Minus the gut, of course.
Also, I’ve got one favor to ask of whoever’s driving a Glen Davis in today’s Game Four: Up-fake. Please.
