Andrew Bynum could be limited tonight by the torn meniscus that, to this point, has not slowed him down at all. (Boston Globe)
Lakers coach Phil Jackson said center Andrew Bynum (knee) could be limited in Game 3 following the team’s cross-country flight and the quick turnaround between games.
“Hopefully we can get him in and out of the game in the first half a little earlier, give Lamar [Odom] a better opportunity to perform anyways…We’ll watch him closely.”
I will believe Bynum is limited if, and only if, I see a limited Bynum on the floor tonight. Until then, I’ll expect him to play like he’s fully healthy. (Do we even know what he looks like when he’s fully healthy? Has he ever, EVER, not been injured? I’m not so sure we do, or he has.)
