…to ensure the Big Three-Era Celtics aren’t one-hit wonders… to defeat Kobe and co. for the second time in three years… to put an asterisk next to LA’s 2009 title… to make the 2010 Celtics one of the most surprising NBA champions ever… to end one of the most impressive playoff runs in NBA history (the Celtics, should they win the title, will have beaten the number one, two and three teams in the NBA this season)… to further Paul Pierce’s legacy as one of the greatest Celtics of all-time… to give Rajon Rondo another boost in catching the Cooz as the C’s top point guard… to cement Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett’s places in history… to validate everything the Celtics have done to this point.
