Do you know what this means? Besides that Jermaine O’Neal is looking good, which is obviously a good thing? That he, unlike Sheed, actually works out during the offseason.

JO is no slouch man!
Don’t forget, he was the number 2 option for the C’s behind KG when they made the trades back in 2008.
He is a perfect fit for their system and a defensive banger who can rebound, score, pass, hit the jumper and owe how I cannot over emphasize, TAKES CARE OF THE BALL!!!
I love Perk man but the dude has stone fingers!
JO won’t bring quite the defense Perk does but he’ll fit in very nicely, and will be a BIG offensive upgrade.
