Players from the Chinese men’s national basketball team attacked their Brazlian counterparts in a ‘friendly’ game Tuesday in Xuchang– a  central Chinese city  of about 4.5 million people. The Brazilian players were on their way to the locker room when the Chinese players attacked and a bench-clearing melee ensued. Players for both teams were reported to have been taken to the hospital with injuries and the AP reported at least one Chinese player who wore a neck brace on the flight back to Beijing.
