Rajon Rondo MRI comes back negative
If Rondo doesn’t play in Game 4, I’ll eat a pound of dirt. That said, the Heat will have a day of practice to prepare for a one-armed Rondo. They’ll pressure him to go left, meaning he’ll probably have to use his bad arm more than he did in Game 3 (when he could barely use it at all). It will be more difficult for Rondo to succeed in Game 4 than it was during the fourth quarter yesterday.
Still, I wouldn’t bet against Rondo. If there’s an arm, there’s a way. Or something like that.

I’ll bet Rondo has practiced playing one armed before. It’s just something the guy would do.

Wade continues to feel total impunity, it seems, about bashing Celtic players, blowing off questions about his WWF takedown of Rondo …
“Wade curtly dismissed a question about the play during the Heat’s practice this afternoon at Emerson College.
“I’m not answering no questions about that,” he said. “I’m done with that.”
Wade also dismissed a follow-up question regarding his concern with the Celtics seeking retribution. C’s coach Doc Rivers said after the game that he had to prevent his players from retaliating.
“Keep them back from what? Ain’t nobody fight,” Wade said. “It’s basketball. So keep them back from what? They’re going to beat me up?””

Is it basketball to back into a guy hard, repeatedly, and then pull him to the floor in a takedown, all because he ticked you off by beating your dribble? No, Wade, it’s not. And the League should step in here, by at least upgrading Wade’s foul.
But, man I hope the Celtics come out tomorrow night and answer Wade on the floor, with another demonstration of what Celtics basketball really is…

Chris.. I was waiting for Shaq to do that. I wanted him to clothsline Bron. I feel bad saying that, but deep down i think i’d enjoy it. To send a message, not to hurt him bad, but i’m sure he would be hesitant to drive on Shaq afterwards.
