It’s cool to see this passion from Doc. Kudos to Allen for going to the sixth man role. Bradley kindof screwed up and seemed tentative, but he’ll come on. It was his first time EVER as the actual starter.

But I have to say, when Doc shows this kind of passion, I like it. This is the Doc I like. I’m reminded of what he said during a first half time out in the first game of the season against the Knicks.

But I think it partially comes back to the same issue I’ve pointed to over and over again. Who is the leader on this team? There has to be someone on the floor who takes responsibility when the team starts playing soft, playing without energy, walking the ball up, settling for Js, etc.. Where does the buck stop?

Who is this Doc??? What have you done with milquetoast Doc? God, I love this. And it’s about time he went off on these guys (including himself). Doc was showed up by Thibodeau’s team outplaying his and that used to be the Celtics identity. Now, if Doc can talk more about rebounding, as he did in one of the huddles last night, then I may just re-evaluate my dislike of Doc. Wouldn’t that be grand??? RA is going to flourish off the bench and our first qtr defense is going to disrupt teams right out of the gate. The playoffs are going to be awesome this year! Go Cs…love the ‘new’ attitude from the coach!

James: I’m tired of being your “yes” man but I have to just say ditto once again. I’ve been down on Doc all season long, but after seeing this, I’m Doc’s biggest fan. Perhaps Ray should start until he does get into his rhythm again. AB didn’t support out case that he should start.
