Celtics 86, Pacers 72: Solid, solid win

Rajon Rondo notched double-digit assists for the 16th straight contest, Greg Stiemsma kind of, almost, sort of, for a little while, threatened to reach the land of triple doubles, Sasha Pavlovic continues to contribute solidly off the bench, the Celtics continued their phenomenal defense,  Ray Allen attempted his second highest amount of field goals this season, off the bench, and the Celtics came *thisclose* to out-rebounding an opponent for the first time since the 1930s.

The recap would be longer, but it’s Easter weekend. Happy Easter, Passover or normal weekend, everyone. Be good.

Something to feel better about. Good win Celtics. Make a statement against PHI tomorrow.

I know Mr. Ass hates it when I say nice things about Rondo, but I loved the way he came in off the bench and pulled a Faried, shutting the door on the Pacers with steals, rebounds, assists, a score and even a block! And I loved the fact that he did this after the earlier flagrant foul put him into a quarter long funk. That’s the kind of maturity we’ve been needing from our best player. It’s understandable that a situation like that could affect your focus. But getting it back in time to win the game is something a leader does.

Now that’s what I’ve been talking about since last season…RA off the bench with instant offense. Absolutely love it and this is going to make this team a lot more formidable come the playoffs. With MP back and if Doc ever uses RH,EM and JJ our bench is killer! Go Cs…keep up the good rebounding tonight, too.

P.S. Watch out for Zero Access an extremely nasty and new virus that f’d me on Friday and it took 5+ hours yesterday to wipe it totally clean with two separate visits by tech firm, as it wasn’t gone on the first cleaning even though it appeared to be so. F**K all those that spread viruses!

I hate when people spread viruses too. When I was in high school dudes were basically studying new ways to eff up people’s computers…

Good win guys and Hollins needs playing time!! That’s why we picked him up right??? getting extra tutoring from KG should help him as well.
