Celtics 103, Sixers 79: Three ahead in the Atlantic Division

At risk of jinxing all the progress the Boston Celtics have made since the All-Star break and prematurely getting my hopes up, I’m beginning to feel optimistic about this team’s chances.

*knocks on wood* I too am optimistic about this teams chances. I’m just gonna wait to see how they finish out this stretch this week with the b2b and b2b2b. I just hope they can continue on this tear that they have been on since all star break into the playoffs…

Another telling win and again…where’s Hollinger and his stupid claim the Cs wouldn’t make the playoffs? I’m running out of things to complain about too; as RA is killing off the bench, the team is rebounding better, the offense is really evolving, and Doc is showing the cojones I think he lost for a long time. Could stand to see EM & JJ in before garbage time is about all I got left…ahh..that’s how to play ball kids!!! Go Cs…and I get to see 6 of the next 10 games on National TV…then the playoffs. Life in C-Town is getting better, too. Lastly, Happy Easter to all…

why is there so much animosity among Celtics fans towards Hollinger? his stats are insightful and there’s a ton of research that goes into them

Because he said about 10 days ago or so that the Cs “would not make the playoffs and would lose their last game to Milwaukee”. Pretty dumb statement but otherwise he is fairly knowledgeable. Too bad he stuck his ass in his mouth. Go Cs…

Steimsma and Bradley have become big surprises this year — and it’s coming together, even the rebounding has gotten so much better, with Pierce blocking out far more. If NY plays the Bulls in the first round, we might get some help if they can knock them out. We struggle with the Bulls, but I believe the C’s can beat the Heat and any other team in the East. If the C’s play together and work hard, they can win it all. It will come down to desire and toughness and execution for 48 minutes per game. They’re looking more focused as we near the playoffs.

James, check out front row sports. com. google it and you’ll get a link to watch any Celtics game. I, too, kept waiting to see EM and JJ earlier, but that’s the only complaint on the day.

The site was taken down by the FBI/FCC a few weeks ago. I used to watch there, but the authorities are cracking down much more. I’m getting NBA League Pass next season. Go Cs…

I am not an optimist with this team at all. I KNOW they can win and drive deep into the playoffs as well. A 1 point loss to SAS and 8 point loss to CHI is the only thing that kept this team from a 8 game winning streak. So the Bulls and Heat think they can be champions? Take em down Celtics…

Time to start getting guys rest. I know we need every win we can get and we have a short bench because of injuries but we need to make sure KG and Pierce are not worn down going into playoffs. I think Popovich does the best job of resting guys even when it you wouldnt expect it…To do this it might cost them a win, but rest and good health is key. KG got the all star break and came back a new man. with standing so close its a risk but one worth taking if you asked me and that would mean he has to let GS JJ and EM play much more.

i think the last 5 games or so we should DNPCD pierce and KG start the Stiemroller give Moore and danials time and rest KG And Paul so they will be fresh for the playoffs… this is all if we have a good seed and are not in jeperdy of loosing it

James, if you google it, you will find another link (they keep changing it to avoid the Feds). Does League Pass give you every C’s game?
