Flip-flopper Al Horford now out against Boston Celtics in NBA playoffs

http://twitter.com/ajchawks/status/195186509903691776

By 3 p.m., expect Horford to declare himself relatively healthy and ready to compete in the playoffs. The man’s a bigger flip-flopper than my 1998 Teva special editions, but I think the moral of the story is this: Even if Horford plays, he won’t be anywhere close to full strength. That bodes well for the Celtics, unless Horford is simply doing this entire “I will, I won’t” charade just to keep Boston off balance during its preparation.

Since th C’s are so cocky about their chances against the Hawks, then I want to see Sean Williams back up Bass and get some serious minutes. Seriously though, 5 pts and 4 rebs in your second game in less than a week? And Dexter Pittman isn’t Dwight Howard I know, but he’s better than whoever the Hawks have at center and better than Joell Anthony. So yes, I’m taking that performance seriously. He is probably the only guy we got that WANTS to rebound.
