Video: Rajon Rondo creates crease where it doesn’t exist, hits Paul Pierce
Here’s Doc Rivers on Rondo “crossing a line” by becoming consistent:
“Yeah, he’s good. That’s what he is now, when you think about it. He’s just a good basketball player. Great basketball player. And now he’s consistent. That’s when you cross the line, when you’re no longer inconsistent. He’s consistent. His effort has been consistent. He’s been just terrific for us.”

Rondo lost his focus going into the half, and the rest of the team also decided to take a grumpy nap. They barely woke up in time to pull out a win, thanks to the Miami alarm clock.
Rondo is still a young guy. It’s understandable that he would lose his focus at times even though he has become so much more consistent. The problem is that we can’t get through the playoffs if he does, because gramps needs the kid to wake him up from the halftime nap. All three grampies need that.

RR’s passes are like a surgeon doing the most intricate work imaginable. Truly, the BEST PG in the game. He was awesome in the first half and then disappeared. That can’t, and shouldn’t, happen. Go Cs…stay awake!!!
