Greg Stiemsma has not received offer, agent says: Might be matter of time, though

Mike Naiditch, the agent for Greg Stiemsma, said his client did NOT get a $3 million offer sheet from the Timberwolves. Still no offer

As I mentioned earlier, the Minnesota Timberwolves have no cap space to offer Greg Stiemsma right now because they have four years and $45 million tied up in an offer sheet to Nicolas Batum. If the Portland Trail Blazers fail to match the Wolves’ offer sheet, the Wolves won’t be able to offer Stiemsma anything at all. But that isn’t likely. More probably, the Blazers will match the offer to keep Batum, clearing the cap space for the Wolves to offer $3 million for Stiemsma.  If Minnesota does offer that much and Stiemsma accepts, the Celtics won’t be able to match. Read the explanation why here.

Well. lets’s start hoping for those 2 rookies to come up big, otherwise Danny Aimge didn’t do a thing this summer to get a good rebounding Center

Wow, Jarred Sullinger came to play. It looks like Etwuan Moore tried too hard to establish himself.

It’s good practice but I am more interested in how they play during training camp when they go against the starters as that will determine if they get playing time. Hopefully, they’ll all be working out like crazy until then and then let’s pray Doc changes his ways and actually uses these young players early in the season. I like our team a lot and will down right marry it if Courtney Lee is acquired (without of course giving away anyone we currently have). Go Cs…
