Chris Wilcox, Boston Celtics reportedly agree to deal
Celtics source just confirmed that Chris Wilcox has agreed to new deal. He was cleared for contact last week.

This was expected earlier, as reported by A. Sherrod Blakely of CSNNE, but it now seems done.

Let’s put it this way: Wilcox will be more important to us this year than Perk has ever been because he’s AT LEAST 2x better of a player. I mean seriously, Perk just had surgery…way past his “prime” and couldn’t guard a parked car in the Finals. Is there any real (intelligent) reason to not like the JG trade? Sam Presti would now say no.

He’s getting that because he’s a dbl-dbl guy (14/pts/ 11 rebs) and is totally worth it. I’d love JG to have his stats at the end of next year, but he will not get the 35 mins per game that KH gets. Go Cs…get Lee!
