Since Wilcox is coming back from heart surgery and all, expect him to return with a four-year, $36 million contract.
Just kidding, y’all. A little Jeff Green humor. I’d assume Wilcox’s deal is for the minimum. Though he was just recently cleared for contact, this is good news for the Celtics’ big man depth. If nothing else, it means Fab Melo is not likely to begin the season as the team’s primary backup center, which is nice.

Great news…love this move and CW’s play last season, which was getting really productive just as he was injured. I’ll let the Melo dig go too, but he’s going to help. Go Cs…get Lee!

Hell yeah. Now getting Lee seems like a good idea now since we got our big man back. I love Wilcox and I think his improvement will be so very good next year and his rebounding will give us at least 5-10 more wins next year.
