A regular Monday turned into “random but interesting Boston Celtics news” day.

Among the topics for last night’s show:

  • Darko Milicic might leave the Celtics permanently to return to Europe and be with his ailing mother
  • If Darko leaves, veterans have pushed Danny Ainge to give Kenyon Martin a call
  • Marcin Gortat has emerged as someone the Celtics reportedly want to trade for
  • Rajon Rondo kept his streak alive… barely, and in controversial fashion
  • The Celtics are still up… and down… and up again… and down again
  • Seriously, losing to THE PISTONS?
  • Jared Sullinger, y’all

How the hell we gon keep up wit Heat when can’t keep up wit the Pistons??? Throw away this idiotic idea of ”keeping up” wit Miami. Heat play they brand of ball, Celtics need to play they kind of ball. Throw away the plan book and come with a new one. No 1, address the rebounding problem. How about pulling down some f–kin boards and throw some K Malone style full court passes.

C’mon guys, lay off Rondo. He has personified Celtics basketball in the 2K10′s. If you could get the record win or lose, wouldn’t you go for it? So they didn’t win the game. No big deal, it’s one game. A terrible loss yes, but if they beat Spurs and OKC you would be heaping praise on Rondo. Rondo win or lose belongs in the realm of the gods. How many games has Rondo won for the C’s. What about when dirty ass D-Wade(innovator of the punk move) dislocated his arm and Rondo came back and played thru injury. A performance which should never be forgotten. That ain’t Celtics basketball? Let’s go Double R and get that record potna…
